The pandemic has and will continue to impact so many different individuals, especially the youth, around the globe. To get an idea of its widespread impact on the newer generations and to brainstorm solutions as well, a few youth from around USA have ensnared the guidance of a couple of mental health experts and mentors to help us create several questionnaires comprised of meaningful questions about youth lives. These questionnaires anonymously delve into the people filling out the surveys’ lives and what their mental health is like after quarantines, remote learning, Loss of family member or friends, they ask about how home life, substance abuse, over and inevitable exposure and use of technology affects mental health and additionally about anxiety affecting social/home lives. The goal of these questionnaires is to gather enough physical data and analyze the results of the findings after analyzing, the results will be summarized into self-published articles. Beyond this, the findings will also be provided to build solutions for accelerating restoring normalcy amongst youth from a mental health perspective. You can help us. Please, if possible, take a couple of minutes and respond to the survey linked down below. Thank you so much for your time and contribution!

Reaching the Unique Learners:
We recognized that one size doesn't fit all, every child doesn't learn the same way, and all standardized learning material when recirculated in fact masks a youth from understanding the ‘how it was done’ part until one gets to tinker with doing it themselves. Towards this, we have launched a thought provoking and unique program where youth utilize their creativity and build work sheets for basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication) for special needs children of various ages. A sample of the sheets prepared by youth are shown here. The extended goal of this initiative is to provide these authentic worksheets as either loose sheets or as bound books or as pdfs to children in rural communities worldwide. Children creating the books and material receive volunteer hours from the library. Reach us if you want to be a recipient of the material using this form.
