3. The Objectives for which the NGO is established are :-
- To provide a platform for learning and guidance and facilities to children and adolescents for achieving their full potential through the library and keeping them away from developing self destructing habits.
- To facilitate community based monitoring mechanisms and developing technology that will regularly identify, plan and ensure that essential health care, safe drinking water, nutrition and effective environment hygiene will be available for remote rural communities as well as urban slums.
- To create awareness among the people about health and socioeconomic issues.
- To create awareness among people about the natural disasters like, earth quake, cyclones, manmade disasters and its mitigation.
- To educate the rural people about agriculture and cottage industries – including poultry, milk diaries, and fisheries as a source of improvement of socio economic condition.
- To show no discrimination based on religion, caste and creed and to promote national integration.
- The NGO will devote fully for all round socio-economic and cultural development of different parts of India.

Rules and Regulations

- 4. The Objectives for which the NGO is established are :-

- 5. Membership:
- Qualification to become members:-All persons qualified or non-qualified may be members of the society. He must abide by the rules and regulations of the NGO.
- Subcriptions, Donation etc:- All members of the NGO has to five Rs.100.00(one hundred) only as admission fees and monthly fee of Rs.50.00(Fifty) to the NGO and will be obtained from any other organization and individuals.
- Collection of Fund:-The fund for the NGO will be collected from the membership admission fees/subscription of member, donations from members/well wishers, grants from Govt. or any other organizations and from its own resources.
- Control of Fund:- The funds of the society will be controlled by opening an account in the name of the NGO with any nationalized bank or post office and the said account will be operated with the joint signatures of treasurer and secretary or treasurer and president of the NGO.
- PROCEDURE OF THE GENERAL MEETING:-
- The general meeting will be held at least once in a year.
- QUORUM OF THE GENERAL MEETING:-
- In presence of 2/3rd members, of the total members, the quorum of the general meeting will be formed, but no quorm is required in case of adjourned meeting.
- ELECTION PROCEDURE OF THE EXECUTIVE BODY/GOVERNING BODY/MANAGING COMMITTEE:-
- The executive committee will be constituted according to the democratic procedure amongst the members of the NGO in any general meeting.
- SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE EXECUTIVE BODY:-
- There will be minimum of 7 (seven) members in the Executive committee, which will include one President, one secretary, one treasurer and other executive members.

10. THE TERMS OF THE EXECUTIVE BODY:-
- The terms of the executive body will be 3(three) years subject to change in due course if needed.
11. PROCEDURE OF RE-ELECTION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE EXECUTIVE BODY:-
- After expiry of the term of the executive committee new governing body will be formed by election in the general meeting. If necessary, re-election will be held according to the election procedure.
12. PROCEDURE OF THE MEETING OF THE EXECUTIVE BODY:-
- The executive committee meeting will be held at least once in a month for smooth functioning and management of the NGO.
13. QUORUM OF THE EXECUTIVE BODY:-
- In presence of 2/3rd members of the total executive committee members, the quorum of the executive committee meeting will be formed.
14. EXPULSION OF UNDESIRABLE MEMBERS:-
- If any member goes against the rules and regulations of the NGO, then the same member will be expelled from the NGO.
15. AUDITOR:-
- An excellent auditor will be appointed by the executive body for a term of one year and the auditor will audit the accounts of the NGO and the auditor report will be submitted to the registrar of the NGOs regularly.
16. LEGAL PROCEDURE:-
- According to the provision laid down in the section 6 of Societies Registration Act. XXI of 1860, the NGO may sue or may be sued in the name of the President or Secretary of the NGO.
17. DISSOLUTION:-
- If necessary, the NGO may be dissolved and properties remaining after dissolution may be handed over according to the provision laid down in the section 13 and 14 of the Societies Registration Act. XXI of 1860.
